Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These terms govern your use of Servio. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Servio provides tools for local service businesses: a booking website, scheduling, customer records, invoicing, and payment collection. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account, including any team members you invite. Keep your password secure and provide accurate business information.
Billing
Servio is a paid subscription. New accounts start with a free trial; after the trial your selected plan bills automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Introductory pricing, where offered, converts to the standard plan rate after the promotional period.
Payments to you
Card payments from your customers are processed through your own connected Stripe account. Payouts, refunds, and disputes are handled per Stripe’s terms. Servio charges a per-transaction platform fee, disclosed at signup. You are responsible for the taxes you collect and remit; tax rates you configure are applied as entered.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Servio for unlawful activity, to send spam, or to misrepresent your business. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the payment network.
Estimates — not tax, legal, or accounting advice
Figures Servio derives from your activity — including income, profit, sales-tax, tax set-aside, analytics, and any “tax & income” statements or exports — are estimates provided for planning convenience only. They reflect only activity recorded inside Servio, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all figures with a qualified professional and for your own tax filings, remittances, and business decisions. You agree not to rely on Servio’s estimates as a substitute for professional advice, and that Servio has no liability for taxes, penalties, interest, or losses arising from reliance on any estimate.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Servio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility; and (b) Servio’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to Servio in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You will defend and hold Servio harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your business’s services to its customers, the data you enter, or your violation of these terms or applicable law (including tax obligations).
Dispute resolution — binding arbitration & class-action waiver
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@servio.app and give us 30 days to work it out informally. If we can’t, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Servio each waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. If this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
